Finding Us

By Underground

Our office is conveniently located in the heart of London's financial district. Bank station (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City lines, and DLR) is just a three-minute walk away. Exit the station via the Threadneedle Street exit and walk east—you'll find us on the left-hand side.

By Train

Liverpool Street station is approximately ten minutes' walk from our office. Exit onto Bishopsgate, turn right onto Threadneedle Street, and continue west. Cannon Street station is also nearby, about eight minutes on foot.

By Bus

Several bus routes serve the area, including the 8, 11, 26, 133, and 242. The nearest bus stop is Bank Station, directly outside Bank underground station. From there, it's a short walk to our office.

Parking

Street parking in this area is very limited and primarily reserved for residents. We recommend using public transport where possible. The nearest car parks are NCP London Wall (Basinghall Street) and Q-Park Minories, both approximately ten minutes' walk away.

The initial consultation is an informal conversation where we learn about your situation, your retirement goals, and any concerns you have about your pension. We'll explain how we work, discuss which of our services might benefit you, and answer any questions. There's no charge for this consultation, and you're under no obligation to proceed with our services.

For the initial consultation, you don't need to bring anything—we're just getting to know each other and your situation. If you do have pension statements or relevant documents, feel free to bring them, but it's not essential at this stage. If we proceed to a full review, we'll provide a detailed list of the information we'll need.

Absolutely. While we're always happy to meet face-to-face at our London office, we work with clients across the UK and regularly conduct consultations via video call or telephone. The quality of advice is exactly the same regardless of how we meet—choose whichever method is most convenient for you.

We typically have availability for initial consultations within one to two weeks. If you have an urgent situation—for example, you're facing a deadline for a pension decision—let us know when you contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you sooner.

Yes, we work with clients throughout the United Kingdom. While our office is in London, modern communication means geography doesn't limit our ability to provide excellent service. Many of our clients have never visited our office and conduct all their consultations remotely.
